Why Are Classes Held at First Financial Bank?

We understand it may seem unusual to attend a CPR class at a bank, but rest assured — this is a legitimate and professional training environment. First Financial Bank generously offers us a spacious and comfortable meeting room, making it a convenient and accessible location for our classes.

 

Your safety and confidence are our top priorities. A+ CPR Training Services is licensed through the American Red Cross, HSI, and the American Heart Association, ensuring you receive certified, high-quality training. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me directly or reach out to one of the organizations I’m backed by for verification. I’m happy to chat and help put your mind at ease! 

Things to know before you schedule a class

  • Please schedule your class at minimum two (2) days ahead of class date you are choosing

  • If you need trained as soon as possible, please call for expedited services

  • Make sure your online course is completed before your in person class!!

  • If you need to reschedule, please call or email me!

  • We do not offer refunds, however I will work with you to reschedule your appointment to a date/time that works best for you and your schedule; rescheduled courses must be taken within 30 days from the original date

  • We require at least a 24 hour notice of intent to reschedule

  • Did you accidentally book the wrong class? Don't cancel it, please call or email me and I'll fix it for you!

  • When groups are scheduled, you will receive a 15% off coupon code for our online shop!

  • Please wear comfortable clothes and if you have long hair, bring a hair tie to keep your hair out of your face

  • Please be sure to bring water to drink with you too!

If a company/business/school would prefer a class that is taught 100% in a classroom enviornment (no online portion), those are offered but they can only be scheduled by calling me directly

After you book your class, you will receive your online voucher within 24 hours!

Basic Appointment Information

  • Easy appointment process for everyone! You can scheduele your class by calling, texting or online!

  • We require a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule

  • Classes are held during regular business hours

  • All appointment slots are subject to availability; booking in advance is recommended

  • We offer a wide range of life-saving courses

  • We offer couples and group classes for collaborative learning

  • With A+ CPR Training Services, you will gain confidence and skills to manage medical emergencies

  • Please contact A+ CPR Training Services if you have any questions or concerns and for more information on certifications

  • Be prepared to save lives with your CPR training

No-Show/No-Call Policy

  • We do not offer refunds, however we do give you options for rescheduling within 30 days of the original appointment

  • Reminder text messages and/or emails will be sent to you 24 to 48 hours before the appointment

  • Please call us ASAP if you cannot make your scheduled appointment so that we may discuss the options available to you
