Hello, I'm Heather
My name is Heather Frith and my goal is to equip individuals, aged 12 and older, with the skills and knowledge they need to help save lives by providing small to large classes at affordable prices.
Right now the maximum number of people I can accomidate per class is twelve. I do offer discounts for couples and groups. The majority of classes we offer are certified but we do offer non-certified classes for those individuals who want to learn the hands on portion so they are prepared for anything.
My Story
Life has a remarkable way of teaching us important lessons when we least expect it. My journey began with learning CPR as a requirement for certification while working at a special-needs school. At that time, I didn't fully understand how crucial those skills would become in my own family life. Fast forward several years, and I found myself in a joyful marriage, excitedly welcoming our first child, and before we knew it, we had expanded our family to four wonderful boys!
It was during a seemingly ordinary family dinner out at a restaurant that unexpected crisis occurred; our second child began to choke on a piece of steak. In that terrifying moment, I had to rely on the CPR training I had received all those years prior to save him.
As I performed the necessary back blows, it struck me just how critical that knowledge was. If I hadn't been prepared and equipped with those life-saving skills, the outcome could have been drastically different. I am truly grateful that I was able to help him in that moment of need, reinforcing the importance of being prepared for emergencies.

A few years later I took the boys to our local swimming pool, where they were playing in the "kiddy pool" when all of a sudden, I saw a little girl, around two years old, fall backwards into the pool. My heart dropped and I rushed to the scene and pulled her out. Thankfully she didn't need CPR but that was just as scary as having to save my own son! Thankfully, she was okay in the end.

It wasn't until after years of hearing of stories from people around town and on social media about both adults and children having "close calls" or actually choking on objects or food, that I stopped and thought to myself, there is a huge need for what I know when it came to performing CPR. That's when I decided to do my part to help by becoming a certified CPR instructor. Not only do I teach classes but I also go to Mothers of Preschoolers (MOP) groups and teach new, and seasons moms how to perform life saving skills.

I believe that everyone needs to know these skills, no matter their age, in order to be prepared for anything.
Psalm 139:14 (NIV)
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
This verse reminds us of the preciousness of life, aligning well with the mission of CPR training to protect and save lives.
Proverbs 3:27 (NIV)
“Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.”
Encourages people to take action, like learning CPR to help others in emergencies.
Isaiah 1:17 (NIV)
“Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.”
A call to service, reflecting the heart behind life-saving training.
Luke 10:33-34 (NIV)
“But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine.”
The Good Samaritan story encourages compassion and readiness to assist others in need.
Matthew 5:16 (NIV)
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
Perfect for emphasizing how learning CPR is a way to serve others and be a light in your community.
Galatians 6:9 (NIV)
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Encouragement for anyone taking on the responsibility of learning or teaching life-saving skills.
James 2:14-17 (NIV)
“What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? … Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.”
A powerful reminder that taking action, like being prepared to help in emergencies, is an expression of care and responsibility.
